You see them in every field. They are all around us. There is always someone who wants to beat the system and cheat so they can take the easy quick way out and not put in the time to do the right thing. It's easier to cheat than it is to work for their money; and believe me the same thing applies with online poker cheats in the online poker rooms.
It's inevitable, that since there are folks who make it a practice to cheat at a regular poker table playing with flesh and blood players, there also are those who will cheat in the online poker rooms. They figure that it is easier to cheat in the online poker rooms simply from the way the online poker rooms are set up, and in some ways that is true. But make no mistake, they may think they can get away with it but it is not that difficult to nail the people who are using online poker cheats and other tricks of the trade just to make a quick buck.
Thinking they are really cool, some online poker cheats use a phone or SMS messaging to let their hand be known to someone else, usually a friend or someone who has an interest in beating the odds at the online table. Another slick move made by the whiz kids who regularly cheat at online poker, is to create several different poker identities all seeming to be them (for sure they would have to use several different computers to do this) and in this way, the person cheating has a much better chance of winning the game.
But, once again, computer technology comes to the rescue in the fact that all these ploys can be readily detected by the online poker cheating software. Usually there are a few incidences to occur that will point the finger at a cheater with the software, but it certainly has a good recovery record for the number of cheaters that are out there playing.
Even with all the technology in place and lots of virtual watch dogs, it is still rather easy for folks to utilize online poker cheats and get away with it. No one likes a cheater, but that doesn't mean there aren't lots of people out there who will exploit the system to get what they want.
If you have suspicions that someone may be cheating, get in touch with the supervisor of the online poker room and let them know what you think is happening, and they will take care of the problem. They have all the evidence they need right there and a lot of the information to catch the perpetrator, whereas you just have suspicions and no real proof; so it is better to let them handle it.
No matter how you look at it, cheating of any kind is not the right thing to do and certainly not acceptable under society's guidelines. Cheating is anathema and should never be tolerated and using online poker cheats is just as bad as any other means of skirting around the rules. You are still cheating and that is totally wrong , no two ways about it..
